Senior Associate | Greenhouse Family of Companies

Boulder

First-generation college student Saul Huerta became a Greenhouse Scholar in 2008. Now, he’s in charge of finance and accounting for three different entities within the Greenhouse Family of Companies.

At 26, Huerta was the youngest-ever recipient of the Greenhouse Partners’ “Golden Boot” award, which recognizes the most valuable contributor to the company’s success. When he became senior associate in 2016, he was the youngest person ever to reach that level.

“He possesses an unrelenting positivity and an unwavering calm in high-pressure, high-stakes situations,” friend and colleague Jessica Hogan says.

Huerta’s philanthropic achievements include the creation of R.O.Y.A.L.L. (Retention of Youth and Latino Leaders), a mentorship organization that aims to reduce high school dropout rates for Latino males that has served more than 1,200 students so far. Since he became an alum in 2011, Huerta has volunteered more than 400 hours with Greenhouse Scholars and mentors a scholar himself.
