INSPIRATION
Sirvo was born in 2015, the result of founder Stephanie Maxwell’s time in the hospitality industry and the need she recognized for restaurants, retail and hotels to attract and hire talent.
INVENTION
“We developed a custom job-search application for our partners and affiliates, including the Colorado Restaurant Association, The Colorado Hotel & Lodging Association, EatDenver and DiningOut.com,” Maxwell says.
The application allows employers to post custom job boards on their websites or social media channels, both of which can funnel prospects to the application.
“The outcome of this feature is a widened candidate-reach while simplifying the hiring process,” Maxwell says.
Sirvo’s tech team crafted an API integration for Indeed, Craigslist and others to enhance the promotion of job postings for partners.
INTENTIONS
“With hiring, personalization is key,” Maxwell says. Bearing in mind each candidate’s unique circumstances, training, goals, etc., Sirvo will attempt to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance the user experience of its portal.
