Rupali Raghavan's company optimizes sales

Rupali Raghavan’s biggest inspiration has always been her first one:
“No matter the direction she took, her love has always been there for me, unconditional and unchanging. She worked hard, persevered and was a model for my own young family,” Raghavan says. “From her, I inherited my perception of success – the strength to succeed is underscored by my value to others, and as I forge my own path, my path will carry me forth.”
After earning master’s degrees in both physics and computer science, Raghavan launched her company from her basement. Ground-breaking products and services developed by Raghavan have helped clients such as HP, GE, Trinet, Comcast, TCS, Location3 Media, Clean Collective Energy and Destimetrics better implement Salesforce to drive rapid lead response, boost daily productivity, speed up ramp time for new sales reps, optimize selling practices and drive increases in revenue.
“She has served as a role model and mentor for others,” colleague Yogi Shende says. “Her growth of being an executive leader from a hands-down developer shows her keenness to learn and grow her career and setting examples for others to follow. She takes time to know people personally and is not someone only interested in checking the sales column. Her ability to connect with people at a personal level and build relationships is exemplary.”
Raghavan’s community involvement includes mentoring through the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, serving on the board for the Society for Information Management (SIM) Colorado and as an active member of Broomfield ToastMasters. She also supports KidsTek and Being Human, an India-based nonprofit that works to improve the health and education of the needy.
