Industrial Constructors/Managers Inc.

Industrial Constructors/Managers specializes in industrial construction and plant maintenance. The company provides design build, steel fabrication and erection, equipment installation, pre-engineered metal structure development, plumbing and pressure piping, machining, concrete and plant shutdown and installation to a wide variety of industries.
ICM is known for its efficiency, speed and dedication to safety and quality, as the company routinely gets its unionized workers onsite quickly and completes jobs on time and on budget. This was recently demonstrated when the company won a contract to help build three static detonation chambers for the Pueblo Chemical Agent Destruction Pilot Plant (PCAPP), which is responsible for eliminating the remaining stockpile of mustard agent munitions by a congressionally mandated deadline.
The same project also required extreme quality documentation to ensure that everything was installed correctly and to exact specifications. This included documenting each weld on the project, every pipe and duct flanged bolt, structural bolt and concrete anchor that was installed on the project (upwards of 5,000 in total).
In a year marked by extensive layoffs and many stalled and canceled projects, ICM didn’t lay off any of its employees last year, nor does it expect to in 2021.
ICM’s community involvement includes support for EPIC – ‘Executives Partnering to Invest in Children’ – a program designed to enhance early childhood education. For the past five years, ICM employees have regularly gone into preschools to read to children to help inspire a love of reading.

JPM Advanced Manufacturing’s mission is to deliver timely, precision-machined components while creating a supportive environment for team members and customers to grow and thrive.
JPM has established one of the best metrology departments in the state for a company its size, ensuring that the product is done right. JPM also has invested considerable time and effort in cyber security to keep customers’ information secure and protected in a time when so many companies are being hacked and destroyed. “We take our commitment to this very seriously,” the company says.
Employee growth for the 21-year-old company has slowed due to COVID but the company says its 27 employees are growing internally through education opportunities. Total revenue has grown year over year at a sustainable rate to keep the company in a growth position, and EBITDA continues to grow, as has net income.
