For the first few years after its 2003 launch, Decypher Technologies provided IT services to high end luxury residences in the Aspen area. About five years ago the Glenwood Springs-based firm opened an office in Denver and began focusing on businesses. “We started to realize our processes and our procedures were really excellent when we compared ourselves to national companies,” says founder Farr Shepherd. Today Decypher Technologies has more than 40 employees and four locations. “We work very hard and we are customer focused.”

Spire Digital provides strategic consulting, user experience web design, software development services, DevOps and staff augmentation. The company was founded in 1998 by CEO Mike Gellman, who directs Spire’s management, vision and strategy. Under his leadership, Spire Digital has grown to be a multi-million-dollar company that has been profitable from Day One without funding.
