The dance-focused nonprofit received this year's PNC Bank Cultural Leadership Award

The Colorado Business Committee for the Arts honored Meredith Hutson, founder and executive director of Presenting Denver with the 2019 PNC Bank Cultural Leadership award for her work with the dance-focused nonprofit. Hutson, a lifelong dancer, participated in the CBCA's Leadership Arts program, learning about Denver's performing arts scene. Shortly thereafter, she founded Presenting Denver, which promotes the art of movement and dance.
"I really have a desire through Presenting Denver and all the organizations that I volunteer with to try to help Denver to become more of an innovative dance hub and be more on the map," Hutson says.
