In its 32nd year, ColoradoBiz's Top Company honors the Colorado companies that have drive, determination, a vision and a plan and are ultimately making the state a better place to live and work. These three companies – one winner and two finalists – represent the 2019 Top Companies in Digital Marketing

Magneti seamlessly combines the right brain of brand and the left brain of digital. That means a passion for search engine optimization, pay-per-click and driving traffic, along with a desire to help build worthwhile products that get people talking.

“The key to Magneti’s success is equal parts talent, culture and values,” Chief Executive Adam Williams says. “We’ve invested in the best talent. We believe in treating them great while living by a very tight set of values. These values set the tone for how we treat each other as well as the quality of our work.”

Magneti’s “3 Laws of Gravity”— Overcommunicate, Nail the Details, and Have Fun — have helped the company evolve into a highly effective and innovative growth marketing team, Williams says, adding that those attributes are often overlooked.

“By focusing on effectiveness, we earn the trust of clients, which results in lasting relationships,” William says. “Effectiveness means holding ourselves accountable to the goals we collectively

set. Driving innovation means that Magneti is suggesting strategic avenues that aren’t even on other people’s radar. By doing both those things well, we believe we can compete with anyone.”

Magneti has been recognized by DesignRush and HubSpot as a Top 25 Digital Marketing Agency. It was ranked on the 2018 Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing list of companies with a revenue growth of 277% in just three years.

Magneti supports nonprofits and charitable work through its Magneti Cares program, which offers small grants of financial assistance to nonprofits and educational organizations during four annual giving cycles. To date, the company has given nearly $25,000 to charitable causes for such things as life-saving equipment for first responders, supported educational efforts for kids and more.

Revenue River

Revenue River builds total customer experiences wrapped around modern marketing and sales machines, providing digital strategy, system design and industry-leading execution. The 10-year-old company has won multiple creative awards from W3, Hermes, Communicator, Clutch and MarCom. It was a finalist in 2017 & 2018 for Colorado Companies to Watch, a finalist in the Top Company Awards in 2018 and was recognized on the Inc. 5000 list in 2018. Revenue River supports its employees’ charitable efforts, including everything from The Epilepsy Foundation to events and sponsorships with Wings Over the Rockies, Habitat for Humanity and the Prader-Willi Foundation. The company’s big hairy audacious goal is to grow into a dominant global player in the digital agency space and achieve $10 million in annual revenue, at which point a profit-sharing plan will give employees 50% of the earnings.

Denver helps entrepreneurs, startups and small businesses grow their revenue and find new customers using digital marketing and social media strategies. It prides itself on using an innovative education-based approach to help clients understand how digital marketing can grow their businesses. Company founder Jean Ginzburg is the Amazon best-selling author of “Win New Customers: How to Attract, Connect, and Convert More Prospects into Customers in 60 Days Using Digital Marketing” and is a popular speaker on the topic. The company culture is based on core values of people first; empower entrepreneurs; solve problems quickly; be proactive; (use) cutting edge technology; stay with tech changes and trends; and embrace change.
