In our new post-pandemic business world, however, achieving greatness and respect in the ever-expanding Colorado community looks a little different. The overarching shift to remote workspaces and a growing emphasis on company culture are just two of the trends we’ve seen throughout the past two years in industries far and wide — changes that are broadly considered (mostly) a good thing for CEOs and employees alike.
