Since 1999, IQNavigator has helped some of the world’s top companies manage their extended work-force programs. Creating spending efficiencies for clients through specialized software programs and services has made IQ Navigator itself a Top Company.
The Centennial-based firm has increased sales at a clip of 30 percent annually in recent years while growing to its current 380 employees, almost all of them in the Denver area.
“This year alone we’re adding 90 employees to our work base,” CEO Lou Andreozzi says. “In these rough economic times, it’s very important for companies to get a handle on their expenses and manage those expenses, and we give them visibility into that. That’s our major plus. That’s why we’ve been able to grow very fast over the last few years.”
The story of IQNavigator is a remarkable one, beginning in late 1999 when venture capitalist John Raeder acquired the assets of IQXchange, which consisted of a beta code, nine employees, one client and a fax machine. Less than 12 years later, IQNavigator is a market leader in an industry it had a huge hand in establishing.
Today IQNavigator’s offerings of software and services span every major industry, boast more than 2.5 million active users and are accessed from more than 100 countries daily.
Andreozzi cites IQNavigator’s strong technology team as a big reason for the company’s success in giving clients what they need to better manage spending on their contingent work forces. Then there’s what he calls a “virtuous circle” of getting feedback from customers and applying that feedback to subsequent IQNavigator products.
The increasing cost pressure on major companies makes IQNavigator an ever more vital resource for them, and for that reason Andreozzi foresees the company continuing to grow the rest of this year and into 2012.
“Corporations are really seeing this is a key way they can get their hands around their expenses and really run more efficiently,” Andreozzi says. “And we love to help them do that.”
IQNavigator’s community involvement is wide-ranging and includes its sponsorship of the John Lynch Foundation, which provides encouragement and positive alternatives for young people by offering education- and athletic-based programs for young children, creating recognition and rewards for student-athletes, funding scholarships for high school students, and offering ways to keep coaches and teachers motivated.
IQNavigator is also a primary sponsor of the Taste of Greenwood Village supporting The Beacon Center, a nonprofit in Englewood
that helps youths struggling with substance abuse, challenging social or emotional behavior and mental health issues.
