Consumer confidence looks good for the rest of 2015
Small business owners are optimistic, too

Consumer confidence and small business optimism are up, which means a great finish to 2015, says KC Mathews, chief investment officer at UMB Bank.
"Consumer confidence trends have been up in the last five years," Mathews says. "With oil prices coming down, interest rates remaining low, it's all beneficial to the consumer."
Surveys that look at how small business owners are feeling are also at levels unseen since before 2009, Mathews says.
