Colorado is a tech industry hotspot with a huge demand for skilled workers, says Shari Plantz-Masters, dean of Regis University's College of Computer & Information Sciences.
"We're focused on producing workers who can fill the gap," she says. "Industry doesn't just want workers who can do the technical side of things. They want a much broader perspective from their new employees."
