The past year has seen an unprecedented number of bank acquisitions and mergers in Colorado. 5Star Bank remains locally owned and operated by a team of Colorado Springs and Denver bankers and shareholders. The bank was formed in May 2015 following 5Star's acquisition of three branch locations by a local group of investors and bank management. These locations are under the ownership of local residents and investors from the Colorado Springs community.

Our commitment is to help small and medium-sized businesses in Colorado succeed through a number of business-specific banking services. This includes business checking, savings, loans, debit and credit cards, as well as cash management options for your business.

Within our communities, 5Star employees volunteer their time and resources through board service, civic leadership and sponsorship of local events and organizations. And, we drive a number of initiatives aimed at supporting the economic vitality of our regional communities. We also reinvest in large and small businesses from financing large commerical projects to SBA development loans.

Our business banking team is comprised of a dynamic group of seasoned veterans who provide smart, collaborative service and expert financial solutions. We have niche bankers that serve the government contracting industry as well as provide business credit services. We focus on your business success to drive economic growth in the communities that we serve!
