Kelsey Swagger will join the law firm's finance and acquisitions department

Kelsey A. Swagger was hired as an associate in the finance and acquisitions department at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP (DGS). She is currently admitted to practice law in Minnesota.
Swagger's practice will focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, securities, tax and general corporate law.
Prior to joining DGS, she worked as an associate at a law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. And before embarking on a career as a practicing attorney, she served as a senior tax consultant at a Big Four public accounting firm where she assisted public and private multinational corporations with the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, as well as internal reorganizations.
Swagger holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. During law school, she clerked for a Fortune 500 company and a Minnesota law firm. She was also an active member of the Minnesota Justice Foundation, a program designed to provide access to justice for low-income Minnesotans.
