Craftsy, NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment's online destination for makers to learn, create and share, and TODAY Food partnered with celebrity chef and restaurateur Scott Conant to develop a new digital cooking class "Pasta Like a Pro: Everyday to Gourmet." Debuting October 16, the pasta master class gives viewers access to Conant's signature dishes and professional technique.

"At Craftsy, we bring endless creativity and inspiration to at-home enthusiasts with notable field experts and helpful how-to content," says John Levisay, CEO and founder of Craftsy. "We're thrilled to partner with an esteemed talent such as Chef Scott Conant, who brings the same unwavering passion to his cooking as the Craftsy foodies bring to our community. "Pasta Like a Pro: Everyday to Gourmet," is part of the Craftsy Culinary All-Stars collection, which allows everyday chefs to learn from and cook with top chef personalities from the convenience of their own kitchens. From simple weeknight dinners to more complex dishes, the how-to video series can satisfy and pasta craving. Conant's recipes will be available in a digital cookbook on Craftsy.

"I'm excited to share my personal joy for cooking with the Craftsy audience," says Conant. "There is something so special about creating that perfect bite in your own kitchen. I grew up with Italian food; it's my passion. I created this Craftsy class to teach innovative ways on how to create the elegant simplicity of a delicious pasta dish for all cooking levels."

A special launch day introductory offering for "Pasta Like a Pro: Everyday to Gourmet," will be available for 48 hours on Craftsy's website October 16 and for a one-time $39.99 fee thereafter.
