Marcus & Millichap sells Denver apartment complex

Private investor pays $2.1 million for 20-unit property

Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate investment services firm, has sold a 20-unit apartment complex in Denver.

The $2.1 million sale to a private investor was represented by Greg Price, vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office and director of National Multi Housing Group, and Clayton Primm, senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office and member of National Multi Housing Group. Price and Primm secured and represented the buyer as well.

The property, Linden & Locust Apartments, is located at 2366 South Linden Court & 2337, 2351, 2367, 2387 South Locust Street in Denver. It has a central location between downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center and is only two miles east of the University of Denver. It is also situated in a growing neighborhood where recent additions include a Walmart Neighborhood Market, Walgreens, Wendy’s and Starbucks.
